1、20℃時(shí)水的壓縮率也可以按如下公式計(jì)算:
βt=(4654-6.8Ph)×Ph×10-7 βt—壓縮率;Ph—絕對(duì)壓力(MPa)
2、容器壓縮進(jìn)水量精確計(jì)算:
ΔQ=Vβt/(1-βt) ΔQ—壓縮進(jìn)水量;V—容器容積
3、容器壓縮進(jìn)水估算:
ΔQ=Vβt
4、容器實(shí)際進(jìn)水量計(jì)算還應(yīng)考慮容器及管線受壓變形,其變形率η可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況在0.1%~3%之間選取
5、容器實(shí)際總壓縮水量計(jì)算:
Q總=ΔQ+Vη
以上這些只是一個(gè)參考,因?yàn)樵噳罕玫纳龎核俾手饕€和客戶容器的材質(zhì)壁厚膨脹系數(shù)等等的技術(shù)參數(shù)有關(guān)。
